Hi, I’m Charissa with Bright Buys Houses. My team and I would like to thank you for checking out our website. Please know when we purchase a property, we buy the property AS-IS. There are NO fees or commissions paid to sell your property to us. We know how to make this a quick and easy process. We take care of any challenges and communicate with you along the way.
We have learned to help solve problems no matter the situation, such as a tax lien, negotiations with your bank, navigating through probate, or stopping an auction.
I enjoy helping people in many ways with their property. Outside of helping you with your property, family is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons. I have learned to be more adventurous and more active because of them. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, swimming, watching sports, and all things Georgia Bulldogs. My Christian faith is very important to me. My husband and I serve in the Children’s Ministry at our church, and we enjoy serving on school committees, as well as serving with local organizations in the Athens area.
