Who We Are And What We Stand For

Bright Buys Houses

Our company’s mission is quite simple: to leave the homeowners we work with in a better situation than before we connected with them.

It doesn’t matter if we buy your house or not, we take pride in being able to help people solve their property problems.  It’s what we’re good at and it’s our belief that when you are good at something, you should give it away for free. Our company serves all of Northeast Georgia.  However, if you live in another city or state, give us a call anyway and if we can help, great!  If not, we can help point you in the direction of someone who can.

Our Company’s Core Values Are At The Heart Of Every Deal

When you call us, we answer. If you have questions, we’ll give you truthful answers.

We stand by our word and do exactly as we say we’ll do.

Selling your house is a big deal and we don’t take that lightly.

We will always be straightforward and operate from a place of integrity.

Simply put, we want to make a lasting impression on you.

We want you to walk away from doing business with us feeling like a weights off your shoulders.

The nature of this business usually means meeting people when they are experiencing hard times.

It isn’t our place to judge, it’s our place to solve your problem.

From The Founder

Hi, I’m Charissa with Bright Buys Houses. My team and I would like to thank you for checking out our website.  Please know when we purchase a property, we buy the property AS-IS. There are NO fees or commissions paid to sell your property to us.  We know how to make this a quick and easy process.  We take care of any challenges and communicate with you along the way.

We have learned to help solve problems no matter the situation, such as a tax lien, negotiations with your bank, navigating through probate, or stopping an auction.

I enjoy helping people in many ways with their property.  Outside of helping you with your property, family is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons. I have learned to be more adventurous and more active because of them. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, swimming, watching sports, and all things Georgia Bulldogs. My Christian faith is very important to me. My husband and I serve in the Children’s Ministry at our church, and we enjoy serving on school committees, as well as serving with local organizations in the Athens area.
